Aperol Spritz

Aperol Spritz

This popular Italian drink is not only enjoyed by feverish socialisers, but it is also the nations favourite after-work tipple, replacing beer, the preferred liquid refreshment with most of the working classes in England. An Aperol spritz is definitely lighter and colder than your average pint of larger.

The recipe couldn’t be any simpler: 2 parts Aperol, 3 parts Prosecco and top with sparkling water. Serve over plenty of ice for the perfect summer drinking experience.
