Green Beans with Crispy Garlic
250gm green bean, ends trimmed
Salt and pepper
2 garlic cloves
- Steam beans until just soft but still have a bite.
- Slice garlic cloves into very thin slices. Fry on a gentle heat until nice and golden.
- Toss beans olive oil, squeeze of lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Top with fried garlic and serve
